Real Cow vs. Fake Cow

Lila and I had a really great Easter Weekend! Egg hunts, pretty dresses, church, bbq's, the works. On Saturday, we went to an Easter Egg hunt a local church had put on. We had a blast! Lila jumped in the jumping balloon until her little heart was content, ate popcorn, cookies and candy, played in the jungle gym and participated in the egg hunt. It was a lot of fun.

Lila's favorite part of the whole day was meeting the Chick-Fil-A cow. She hugged and played with the cow and then my ever social little girl started trying to have a conversation with it. Lila asked the cow about a million different questions but the cow, true to form, remained quiet and continued making joyful gestures. Exasperated, Lila shouted, "TALK TO ME, COW!" I patiently explained to Lila that cows don't talk, they only moo.

Lila shook her little head at me and explained, "That's not a real cow, mommy. It's standing up."
